Penhaligon’s Equinox Bloom ~ new fragrance

Posted by Robin on 29 January 2016 7 Comments

pnh-eb-s

Penhaligon's will launch Equinox Bloom in March. The gourmand floral fragrance was inspired by the first flowers of spring and "the quintessentially English tradition of afternoon tea".

Equinox Bloom was developed by perfumer Olivier Cresp. Notes include neroli, chantilly, frangipani, brown sugar, violet leaves, orange blossom, jasmine, benzoin and ambrox.

Penhaligon's Equinox Bloom will be available in 50 and 100 ml Eau de Parfum.

They always have the prettiest bottles. I have never tried anything from this line, but this fragrance seems like it will be really nice.

I can’t decide if this sounds appealing to me or not, but agree about the bottle!

I agree with you Robin. And it seems like their fragrances never really agrees with my skin 🙁 But I do love the bottle 🙂

I will try it too, although I’m already behind on Penhaligon’s!

I also can’t decide if this sounds appealing. Plus I’m completely thrown off by Chantilly as a note. Autocorrect just capitalized the word “chantilly” so it’s not just me! Anyone know what this is? Crème Chantilly maybe?
A brief google search found the query “Does anyone know what the diarrhea smell in Chantilly, VA is?” among other interesting tidbits. 😉
