Victoria’s Secret Dark Angel ~ new perfume

Posted by Robin on 28 October 2015 4 Comments

Victoria's Secret Dark Angel

Victoria's Secret has launched Victoria's Secret Dark Angel (shown above center), a new fragrance for women. Dark Angel is a flanker to 2011's Victoria's Secret Angel, which has also been repackaged (above left and right).

No ordinary Angel, this naughty alter ego is ethereal with an edge, blending almond flower, mango nectar and caramel latte in a sweet-meets-sultry bottle.

Victoria's Secret Dark Angel is available in 50 and 100 ml Eau de Parfum, or in a 7 ml rollerball.

I know this is VS and thus nothing noir would actually grace their shelves but where’s the promised edge in a mix of almond flower, mango nectar and caramel latte? sounds like breakfast to me. the Angel of Brunch?

Perfect — and I would buy Angel of Brunch!

Meantime, likely it is indeed sweet, and I’m mostly surprised to see they’ve never used the name Dark Angel yet.

Maybe if you are starving yourself for your job or some misguided notion that you have to have prepubescent hips to be sexy, smelling brunch would seem horribly tempting and that is where the notion on “Dark” comes in…the Angel of Brunch is obviously evil, tempting me with a mango smoothie and almond scented shortbread cookies…
