Bunch o’ limited edition collector bottles 2015, part 19

Posted by Robin on 5 October 2015 9 Comments

More limited edition collector fragrance bottles, with the usual disclaimers: in most of these cases, the juice is unchanged, just the bottle is “special” (or not, as the case may be), and some of these may not be available in the US. Today's post includes collector editions from Diptyque, Viktor & Rolf and Montblanc.

Diptyque Philosykos special edition

From Diptyque, Philosykos in a "unique bottle that celebrates the interplay between light and transparency; a relationship that is at the heart of this inspired aroma". At Liberty in the UK, £95 for 75 ml Eau de Parfum.

Viktor & Rolf Spicebomb digital edition

From Viktor & Rolf, a Spicebomb limited edition: "Viktor & Rolf spice up the holiday season with the spicebomb "digital art" limited edition eau de toilette spray. Experience your favorite explosive and addictive fragrance now presented in an edgy bottle with the power to transform you into an intense and daring man." $115 for 100 ml Eau de Toilette at Macy's.

Viktor & Rolf, Flowerbomb firework jewel

Also from Viktor & Rolf, Flowerbomb in a bottle celebrating the fragrance's 10th anniversary: "Celebrate the start of the holidays and the end of a magical 10th Birthday year with FLOWERBOMB. This limited edition bottle is adorned with an elegant firework jewel, lined with delicate translucent pearls. Like a firework illuminating a night sky, this limited edition FLOWERBOMB is truly spectacular." $120 for 50 100 ml, also at Macy's.

Montblanc Legend Calligraphy Edition

From Montblanc, the Calligraphy Edition of Montblanc Legend, due to launch this month in 100 ml. (via news.yahoo)

That bedazzlement on the Flowerbomb bottle is pretty much an exact copy of the ornament on the La Voce bottle that Renee Fleming fronted. (That one, though, was meant to be taken off and worn as a brooch.)

I do sort of like the digital camouflage on the Spicebomb bottle.

Renee Flemming fronted some sort of perfume or perfume gegaw? Is it still available anywhere? My Mom is such a Flemming fan

I like the Spicebomb too! But what I really want is that Philosykos.

Yes — was just wishing my bottle was empty so I could go buy it. But preferably not go all the way to the UK 😉

Agree that the Diptyque is magnificent 🙂 Unfortunately I’m one of the few to prefer the edt!
