Thymes Vanille Ambrette ~ new fragrance

Posted by Robin on 11 August 2015 2 Comments

Thymes Vanille Ambrette

Thymes has launched Vanille Ambrette, a new gourmand fragrance that promises "creamy comfort shrouded in mystery".

As the orchid vines sew their way upward, sun-drenched pods reveal their crystalline treasure. A rich, creamy aroma envelops the senses. Dark amber depths of bourbon vanilla, cedarwood, tonka bean and vetiver root. Exotic spice of black peppercorn, ginger, fresh green cardamom and aged spirits. A mingling of mischief. A dreamy sweetness cloaked in mystery. Forever familiar, forever enchanting, Vanilla Ambrette cologne comes in a custom, heavyweight glass bottle that looks as good as the fragrance inside.

Thymes Vanille Ambrette is available in 10 ml Rollerball ($19) or 50 ml Cologne ($40) and in matching body and home products.

I love vanilla and spices, but “aged spirits” sounds like the rot of fermentation to me, which I hate in perfume (tell us how you really feel, kindcrow 🙂 ).

Still, $19 is cheap for a blind purchase 🙂

Plus, there is a petite body lotion for $6 🙂
