007 for Women by James Bond 007 ~ new fragrance

Posted by Robin on 6 January 2015 24 Comments

007 for Women by James Bond 007

James Bond 007 will launch 007 for Women later this month. It is the line's fourth fragrance and the first for women.

007 for Women fragrance captures the heady power of the Bond Woman. Offering a unique mix of ingredients that blend signature femininity with a sense of intangible mystery, it is a modern interpretation of an oriental fragrance. Its appeal lies in its rich, strong and tenacious character, projecting a sense of effortless elegance, strong personality and the olfactive dream of escaping to another world.

Intimacy. An initial burst of spicy Black Pepper enveloped in Rose Milk ignites an intriguing paradox of danger and sensuality. Alongside this, the instantly attractive, familiar fruity character of Blackberry is combined with the feminine softness represented by White Floral Jasmine. The rich, sensual drydown, which is the key to any Oriental signature is driven by Black Vanilla and tantalizing White Musk, with a touch of elegant Cedarwood.

James Bond 007 for Women will be available at The Fragrance Shop in the UK, in 30, 50 and 75 ml Eau de Parfum.

It is a very odd design — not sure what it’s supposed to be and it does not look comfortable to hold.

Yeah… me too. Is it an artichoke or some post-modern form of a grenade?

The juice doesn’t sound interesting at all either. WTF is “Rose Milk”?

I agree with you, Jenkr – it looks like a grenade

It really does! Like some weird art-house styled version of one. Grenades for the military fashionista!

Midnight Poison smellalike with cedarwood instead of patchouli and in a much uglier bottle?

    That is an evil bottle.

Ever seen ferromagnetic fluid? That bottle looks EXACTLY like it was made from it.

The juice sounds like every other thing being released nowadays. At least they could have given it a more interesting name: Honey Ryder For 007, Vesper Lynd For 007….

I think she’s wearing one of those scrunchy, elastic tops you can buy at the discount stores. . .

The idea actually had some potential…they could have used design elements of a martini glass…maybe some olive scent? The bottle isn’t just ugly – it’s completely unimaginative…says nothing James Bondish. Let’s hope they get a little clever in the ad campaign…

Everybody is complaining about pink peppercorn everywhere, the notes seem pretty interesting! And i kind of like the bottle too 😉

I always say, everything is worth a sniff.

Maybe the bottle will look better in person?

Yikes! Gives new meaning to the term ‘scent-bomb’ 😉
The notes aren’t appealing and the artichoke grenade bottle is a turn off. Money saved I guess!

To me, it looks like the pattern of an evening dress. The semicircle at the top would be a decolte. I find the design pretty sexy..
