Lush Yog Nog, Comforter, Celebrate, Jungle & Lord of Misrule ~ new fragrances

Posted by Robin on 5 December 2014 6 Comments

Lush Yog Nog

Lush UK's "Lush Kitchen" (their small batch limited edition division)* has launched five fragrances for Holiday 2015: Yog Nog, Comforter, Celebrate, Jungle and Lord of Misrule.

Yog Nog (shown) ~ "Transport yourself to a Canadian mountainside with this festive fudgy-scented mixture of clove bud and ylang ylang oils. If wrapping up in woolly scarves and hugging steamy mugs had a smell, this would be it."

The Comforter ~ "The best way to spread christmas joy is gifting this to every girl and boy. Cassis absolute creates a comforting blackcurrant scent and bergamot oil lifts your mood so you're floating amongst berry-fragranced clouds."

Celebrate ~ "We’ve taken the anticipation of a New Year’s Eve countdown and bottled it. Raise your spirits skyward with uplifting Brazilian orange, cognac and lime oils. Three cheers to citrus celebration."

Jungle ~ "It’s a jungle out there so be prepared. The heady tropical scent of ylang ylang will raise your spirits to the treetops whilst calming vetivert, balancing cypress and cedarwood oils keeps you from floating away completely."

Lord of Misrule ~ Sold out, sorry...and they've deleted the description. The bath bomb in this scent was vanilla, patchouli and black pepper.

The Lush Kitchen scents are available in 30 ml (£28); they were also in 9 g solid but many of those are sold out as well.

* Apparently the US is to get a Lush Kitchen some time in 2015.

They.Have.Yog.Nog!? That soap is my favourite this holiday! Hope the fragrance makes it way to Lush outside UK…

Good luck…they usually do 5 of these at the holidays (last year they were in the US too) and they usually disappear pretty quickly.

I stopped by LUSH on my way home. The 34th St. store only had Rose Imogen which I already have. I bought a Lord of Misrule bath bomb and will misuse it as regular body soap. I will need to figure out best ratio of water to add and which container to use. If the experiment bombs out, then so be it!

They are really taking their own sweet time restocking the US with perfume! Enjoy the bath bomb.

Oh how I want that Lord of Misrule perfume. I’m really hoping these make it over here when Lush NA launches its version of the kitchen. I doubt that’ll happen though.
