Britney Spears Fantasy The Naughty Remix & Fantasy The Nice Remix ~ new perfumes

Posted by Robin on 8 January 2014 19 Comments

Britney Spears Fantasy The Naughty Remix & Fantasy The Nice Remix

Britney Spears will launch Fantasy The Naughty Remix and Fantasy The Nice Remix in February. The new fragrances for women are flankers to 2005′s Britney Spears Fantasy, and follow Midnight Fantasy (2007), Hidden Fantasy and Circus Fantasy (both 2009), and Island Fantasy (2013).

Now, Britney shares new ways for fans to fantasize by taking the exact same notes from her original fantasy and remixing them to create two revolutionary and completely different scents: fantasy Britney Spears The Naughty Remix and fantasy Britney Spears The Nice Remix. Unlike anything she has done with her scents before, Britney created fantasy Britney Spears The Naughty Remix and fantasy Britney Spears The Nice Remix by highlighting certain notes in the original fantasy fragrance. She drew inspiration from different parts of her life to spin the fragrance in two different scent experiences that represent her own unique, deep desires.

Fantasy The Naughty Remix ~ "Daring and mysterious, The Naughty Remix emphasizes fantasy’s captivating core notes of jasmine petals, white chocolate orchid and delicious cupcake. The dry down continues with exotic orris root, sensual woods, and creamy musk, amplified from the original fantasy scent to evoke desire."

Fantasy The Nice Remix ~ "Dreamy and uplifting, this sparkling, fruity scent highlights the flirty kiwi from Britney’s original fantasy fragrance, while keying into the uplifting, core notes of yummy cupcake and jasmine petals. The Nice Remix finishes with a serene creamy musk, creating a romantic soft blend that leaves behind a whimsical trail."

Britney Spears Fantasy The Naughty Remix and Fantasy The Nice Remix will be available in 30, 50 and 100 ml Eau de Parfum.

The packaging leaves much to be desired! But could be interesting to smell. Waiting to see where these will be distributed…she doesn’t get much department store space lately.

Yeah, I’ve only seen her Twist and Island at Kohls, Sears, Wal-Mart, and the like.

Can’t wait! The old fantasy got so played out it made me sick but I tested it at Kohls and it smells so lighter than it did 9 years ago.

These will be at Kohls and Sears

I was gonna make a snarky comment about cupcakes being clearly appropriate for both naughty AND nice, but then I realized it *IS* perfect for both! Naughty cupcake–I’ve indulged in a forbidden treat. Nice cupcake–I’m treating myself to a joyful, pleasurable experience. Brilliant! (But I still don’t want to smell like a cupcake.)

Me neither. It seems like that would be for a younger group……but I guess that means she would be catering to her audience, the teenager crowd. I think I would pass as well.

I tried both at Kohls, but I only got a sample of the Naughty, which is a bummer for me. I’ll definitely have to go back and spend time with the Nice. Anywho, all I get from the Naughty is the orris root, what I think is the orris root I should say, and chocolate/cupcake. Is orris root licorice-y, because I think I’m smelling licorice? It’s very Lolita Lempicka-ish. I think it’s a bit too “mature” for her target audience, so I don’t know how this one’s going to do. If I can recall correctly, even the Nice wasn’t a super girly fruity floral or anything like that. I guess we’ll see. : )

No, it’s not usually licorice-y. Maybe that’s another note they didn’t list.

Whatever it is, it’s strong, and unfortunately, I don’t absolutely adore it. I mean, I LOVE the original Lolita, even with the licorice, so maybe Naughty is more along the lines of Loverdose, which I did not absolutely love because of ALL the licorice. As you can see, I’m a very confusing lover of certain amounts of a particular note in my fragrances. Haha. : )

No, guessing you’re right! Can’t confirm, never get to Kohls (and when I do, they never have the testers I’m interested in).

As I’m a HUGE Britney fan, no matter how much I don’t adore some of her fragrances, I will certainly try to make and send you samples of these two, along with the Island. No matter what, they are better than the Radiance’s and some of her others, IMHO. : )

Thankyou Robin. Love your reviews. My partner brought me both of these yesterday. Wearing nice today which has a huge kiwi kick at first, now after a few hours it’s a watered down lighter version of fantasy. The naughty one is more intense. Very nice indeed.
