Azzaro has launched Azzaro Club, a new duo of fragrances for men and women inspired by the nightclubs of the 1970s.
Azzaro Club Women (round cap) ~ an oriental with passion fruit, pomegranate, cashmere wood, vanilla and musk.
Azzaro Club Men (square cap) ~ An aromatic with lemon sorbet, green papaya, hemp, hinoki wood and musk.
Azzaro Club can be found now at Douglas in Germany, in 75 ml Eau de Toilette.

No doubt it’s asking too much, but if they were going to do seventies-inspired fragrances, couldn’t they have made them smell at least a little bit like something you would have found in the seventies? Everything, every single thing, about those lists of notes is wrong for the period (with the possible exception of musk, which is obviously too little too late).

Yeah…it’s a conceptual problem.
The men’s sounds more 60’s to me.
I do need a bottle with a disco ball cap though! 🙂
