I don’t know who Tory Burch is, lol. The bottle cap is kind of interesting kinda looks like construction under a bridge or something though.

Based on how expensive her clothes are, I imagine her fragrance will be, too, although I’d love to smell it. Notes sound nice. That bottle cap alone looks pretty pricey!

Tory Burch. Ugh. She’s the purveyor of those overpriced, ubiquitous ballet flats with the hideous, over-sized gold ‘coin’ on the shoe’s front….they were all the rage a few years ago. She’s also responsible for bejeweled tunics, handbags, accessories of all sorts. Also involved in an acrimonious divorce right about now with her husband, whom, Tory’s claimed, stole her store concept and other intellectual property when he ran off and created the C. Wonder store chain. And that’s what I get for reading the NY Post’s Page Six. Ha!

Those shoes, those shoes…! If I never see another pair, it won’t be a second too soon.

The purses and dresses are pretty hideous, too. Or I should perhaps say, “just not my style.” But they do seem to recycle lots of 1960-70s design motifs from David Hicks-type designers.

In any case, this should sell like hotcakes.

Scent sounds nice, but quite safe/predictable.

Well – I just discovered Tory Burch has one UK store in Bond Street London which used to be super spendy and very exclusive but not anymore, one of the neighbours is Victoria’s Secret. I don’ think I’ll be shopping there. The frag sounds mildly interesting and the packaging looks like it might be influenced by Moorish mosaic work ? – but no hint of oud – pity…

I don’t like the shoes either, but some of the jewelry is pretty and interesting. And I love that bottle! I’m intrigued by the carrot-seed in this, I assume that’s earthy?

      Yes, earthy and iris-y.

I just Googled some photos of her shoes. They are quite ugly, IMHO, but at least someone is someone is trying to make flats glamorous (says a person who can’t balance in heels, needs plenty of cushioning and arch support, and finds heels impractical for daily living — I mean, what if I need to run away from an attacker or a rare bird shows up along the river and we have to go find it right after work)?

I guess I Must Live on another plane of Existence because I COMPLETELY LOVE and COVET ALL THING TORY BURCH! Including those aforementioned “Hideous” “Bejeweled” Flats that seem to stir so much disgust! Pardon? Really? HIDEOUS? I just have no idea where that comes from! but to each their own… Just flabbergasts me!

The Scent Sounds AMAZING! The Bottle is Gorge! And I want to buy this as SOON as I Possible can! Grapefruit (J’ADORE!), Tuberose, Mimosa, Vetiver, Peony, Cedar AND Sandal Wood…. HOW COULD THIS BE BAD?!?!?!? 😀

    MUST BUY!

I live on the Tory love or at least Tory like planet too! The flats are cute, well made & comfortable. C Wonder is very cute too, but I’ll stick with perfume as my material addiction….

I looked it up..those ballet shoes are the ugliest shoes ever, right next to Coach and Ugg.

those notes! every single one (except alyssum and carrot seed) is so trite and overplayed it’s comical! it should be called generic by tory burch. that said, i’m not saying it’ll smell bad… i hate her aesthetic but i also hate kate spade’s and i loved her (first, discontinued) scent.
