Jo Malone has launched Golden Saffron*, the latest addition to the Cologne Intense collection which was introduced in 2010.
Spiced with pink pepper and the heat of incense, golden saffron makes a vivid statement against the creamy warmth of pale woods.

Me loves some saffron so this might be interesting for me to try.
It does sound nice. Have not adored this collection so far though.

I also love saffron, seems like this could be nice. Seems like Jo Malone hasn’t released something new in the Intense collection for a while, although I could be forgetting something. I guess I wasn’t sure they were even adding to this collection anymore.

I haven’t been overly impressed with these, but this sounds nice. I do like some saffron.
Last weekend, at Nordstrom, I asked to sample the rosewater and vanilla JM (the one that’s supposed to smell like Turkish delight), but the SA said that they don’t carry the CI collection. It’s good that I didn’t know about this new one, or I would have been doubly disappointed 🙂
This sounds like a must try for me. I don’t own any JM intense perfumes because buying 100 mLs of Jo Malone just doesn’t sit well with me. In any case, I also wonder about the longevity of this as compared with L’AP Safran Troublant which I adore but it doesn’t last very long on me – 8 full sprays = 4 hours (even I’m horrified at the amount).
Don’t like the house at all-nothing-but love saffron. Maybe
I will try this out the next time I am at Neiman Marcus. I am a huge fan of all of her fragrances!
