2012 UK Jasmine Award winners

The 2012 UK Jasmine Awards ("celebrating excellence in fragrance journalism") ceremony was held today. This year's winners include:

Jasmine Literary Award (magazine): Francesca Segal for “On the Scent” in Vogue, December 2012.

Jasmine Literary Award (news press): Susannah Frankel for “Marking his Territory” in The Independent magazine, 16 June 2012.

Best Website Feature on Fragrance: "What do you smell like when you look in the mirror?” by Persolaise for Basenotes.

The other category winners are currently displayed at the Jasmine Awards website.

    I’m glad that Susannah Frankel won. Her piece in Vogue was some of the best mainstream fragrance magazine writing I’ve read in some time – maybe ever. I’ll check out her Independent piece as well.
