Twiggy by Twiggy London fragrance

English model and actress Twiggy has launched an eponymous fragrance:

The personification of unparalleled beauty, charm and European flair, the Twiggy fragrance is elegant and luxurious. For the first time and available exclusively through HSN, the Twiggy Parfum collection brings her iconic style and graceful charm into a beauty that all women can experience.

Notes for the floral chypre include golden fruits, gardenia, orange blossom, jasmine, patchouli, amber and musk.

Twiggy by Twiggy London is available in 50 ml Eau de Parfum, and can be found at HSN.

When I saw the title of this post on my feed, I was saying to myself “I hope it is a chypre” !

      And you win!

But it’s hard to imagine an old-school chypre w/ the pink juice & girly charms, LOL…

Somehow the phrase ‘personification of unparalleled beauty, charm and European flair,’ just doesn’t go with ‘available exclusively at HSN’.
Hate the bottle, and the pink juice but will sniff if it gets released somewhere accessible here in the UK.
Why wouldn’t Twiggy do a can retro ’60’s bottle??

You know, I know little enough about Twiggy post-60s, other than seeing her on Ab Fab. And I know nothing about her other licensed products. But agree, that packaging doesn’t scream Twiggy to me.

She was too thin and so many models are, it’s just not good to have such thin models..not good for the model, not good for women.. but anyway…

Lol, I thought this meant twiggy the guitarist? Lol..then I saw the pink bottle and was like..no, probably not. I had friends that listened to bands with twiggy. But anyway..lol. don’t like gardenias, pass on this one.

I would also have expected something Mod like Mary Quant or Biba.
This looks more Hello Twiggy to me than anything.

Oh, I wish she (or “they”) had gone with a 60s London mod concept instead of the Hello Twiggy–as juicejones so cleverly put it!
