My most recent issue of Flare came with a perfume magazine bonus. It was only about 10 pages, but it was kind of fun. No scent strips though. Just previews of new fragrances, recommendations, and ads.

I caught a strip of Summer from a buddy last week. Light, yummy & inoffensive. It somehow put me in mind of the Bieber juice, but without the vanilla-creme.

Just got my Ladies Home Journal in the mail this morning — no personal fragrance ads that I can see, a tiny reference to essential oils, and a full page ad from AirWick “Bring home the vibrant scents of nature. Lot’s of beauty products (particularly wrinkle cremes) and a page of coupons for P&G beauty products.
Now that I’m looking for personal fragrance information, it strikes me as odd that there’s nothing in the good old LHJ! There is even a page with items suggested to pack for vacation, and “travel in style” with scarf, bag, earings, easycare dress, and tall cloggy sandals, but no scent!
