How will I recognize you, part 2

Posted by Robin on 30 March 2012 10 Comments

A "making of" for the recent Jude Law spot for Dior Homme Sport, although you will learn even less than usual about the "making of" — it's mostly shots of Jude Law, the fragrance bottle, the car and the French Riviera. There are probably worse ways to waste 90 seconds.

It’s impossible not to love him.

I can confirm that. I have very successfully not loved him for many many years.

His, shall we say, extracurricular exploits makes it entirely feasible to NOT love him. But oh man, is he pretty to look at.

    so boring….
they succeed to make a more boring making of than the real advertising. Dior has too much money and they don’t know how to spend it, I guess…

Doubt this cost them any extra…looks like someone threw it together in a few hours after they made the commercial.

It’s interesting that he appears to be embracing such a distractingly receding hairline. Or perhaps we’ll see it photoshopped away or cropped, as it is in one of these frames here, in the final ads. 😉
