Hello Kitty Big Pink Bow ~ new perfume

Posted by Robin on 28 March 2012 26 Comments

Hello Kitty Big Pink Bow

Next up from Hello Kitty will be Big Pink Bow, a new fragrance for women:

The always sweet, always bright, and always delightful Hello Kitty wouldn't dare leave the house without her signature fruity and floral accessory—Big Pink Bow. Let the delicious blend of juicy pineapple, pink honeysuckle, tantalizing gardenia, fresh coconut, and warm vanilla charm its way into becoming your new favorite accessory, too.

Additional notes include frangipani and kissed skin accord.

Hello Kitty Big Pink Bow will be available at Sephora, in 50 ml Eau de Parfum spray or 10 ml Eau de Parfum roll-on.

What a strange bottle. It looks like a glass pacifier and then it also looks like a little glass car. If you turn the kitty’s head clockwise a bit, it would look like she is driving the car.

Now that you mention it, I see those things, but at first I only saw the bow like the little one Hello Kitty wears. The bottle is very twee & squeee, which is as it should be, I guess. 😉

        Exactly as it should be.

My first thought was pacifier too.

This is for kiddies, right? What’s a kissed skin accord?

You’d be surprised how many adults love Hello Kitty.

I know and I am surprised. LOL.

Kinda like Chococat but would I go and get Chococat stuff, like a fume? Me thinks not.

Cute for someone younger I guess. I wish HK wouldn’t come out with any more stuff though.

Kissed skin accord = white musks?

        Could be. Hard to say.

I think my 3 year old niece might like it. Especially the bottle.

That’s the oxymoron here – the bottle, name, and brand indicate that it’s for girls and tweens, but the copy says it’s a perfume for women.

Not for this woman. Kissed skin accord or no…:-)

And I can tell you, so many adults (mostly men) are obsessed with bobblehead dolls, that sports teams have given up trying to restrict this souvenir to children.
Of course, my bobblehead collection is entirely rational and mature.

Oh, and if you are interested (which I actually assume, you are not), I will be pleased to provide an explanation of how J.K. Rowling has written a series of novels exploring the subliminal political and social schisms in modern post-empire England and U.S.A.

So I guess adults who like to wear cute Japanese kitty stuff and fragrances are pretty sane.

I, myself, have spent hours (days even) studying Ms. Rowlings textbooks. And, of course, watched all of her documentaries;).

Once again, another opportunity to incorporate the delightful Kitteh Breath Accord has been wasted … sigh.

Well, it’s easy enough to fix yourself! Just pick up a gaping feline and put it over your shoulder, or maybe place one on a hat as an accessory; this should ensure that, as you go about your day, you’ll get those whiffs of delightful cat breath. Eau de Puss Face – don’t leave home without it!

My husband’s 45 year old co-worker is obsessed with Hello, Kitty. I would blush to tell you what kinds of adult objects can be had in the Hello, Kitty motif! 😛

I have several friends who are also in to HK, and have sent them this link!

Not ashamed to say I have a mini of the original Hello Kitty fragrance and will take a gander at this. I keep *almost* succumbing to some of the cosmetics line, namely the “Memoirs of a Kitty” cherry-blossom themed palettes, but have been saved by them being sold out most of the time.

I loved Hello Kitty when I was young, and I still do, although I don’t own any HK fragrances!

My first thought: wasn’t her bow traditionally red, not pink? (I suppose I’m being pedantic, or as pedantic as you can be about Hello Kitty…)

That bottle might just be the cutest thing that ever cuted. It’s almost obscene. I feel a sugar rush.

I don’t see the difference between this and any other fictional character releasing a scent, like, y’know…most celebs 😛

My kids would most likely love this, but I’d wear it myself if it smelt okay.
