Boucheron Jaipur Bracelet ~ new fragrance

Posted by Robin on 20 February 2012 11 Comments

Boucheron Jaïpur Bracelet

Boucheron will launch Jaïpur Bracelet, a new fragrance for women, in April. Jaïpur Bracelet is a flanker to 1994's Jaïpur.

A captivating femininity caressed by light, Jaipur Bracelet tells a falsely innocent sensuality, deliciously contrasted with a natural freshness. Like a jewel whose brilliance attracts looks, Jaipur Bracelet reveals itself on the skin where it develops fully its intensely desirable notes.

Jaïpur Bracelet was developed by perfumer Carlos Benaïm; notes include petitgrain, violet leaf, verbena, basil, hyacinth, muguet, cypress and iris.

Boucheron Jaïpur Bracelet is available now for pre-order at Neiman Marcus, in 50 and 100 ml Eau de Parfum.

I don’t know about the fragrance, but that quote is pure gold. I especially like the ‘falsely innocent sensuality’ part. 😉

The notes sound kind of intriguing though….much better than the ad copy!

Definitely worth trying. The original Jaipur was great, I remember liking it a lot. Opulent, rich and ladylike. If brazen Opium steals a rich married man, his wife may be wearing Jaipur.

I hardly remember it, unfortunately. I know I didn’t like the Saphir version.

Didn’t care much for Saphir but Jaipur it self was PURE MAGIC! one of my top 25 favorite fragrances ever (and One of those scents that just was OVERDOSED with Peach Loveliness!) they don’t sell Jaipur anymore i have found (Nor Trouble or Initial or B De Boucheron which was also BRILLIANT!) why is there such limited selling of the Boucheron Fragances lately??? Especially when their fragrances have always been so well done!!! This sounds NOTHING like the original Bones of Jaipur and not very interesting either… hopefully it will be more stunning that it sounds!

The Boucheron license changed hands recently, & often when that happens they axe all or nearly all of the old line. Not sure if that has happened here, but it wouldn’t surprise me.
