By Kilian Amber Oud

French niche line By Kilian will launch Amber Oud in March. Amber Oud joins Pure Oud, Rose Oud and Incense Oud in the Arabian Nights collection. Reportedly, Musk Oud is still to come.

Amber Oud features notes of amber, oud, benzoin, Atlas cedar, vanilla and spices.

By Kilian Amber Oud will be available in 30 ml travel spray or 50 ml Eau de Parfum, and in refills.

I wonder what he’s going to do now that this series is almost over? Bet we see a new series in 2012!

HAHAHHAAA… when did you create a “please no more oud” tag? I love it.

I am smitten with incense oud, but you’re right, of course.

Oh, that is too funny! You read more carefully than I do, Joe! Thanks for pointing it out!

When Histoires de Parfums came out with that oud trio. The least these brands could do is stick to ONE oud scent, and then move on, LOL…

Haha! Love the tag and quite agree. 🙂

When Musk Oud comes out, they need to do a coffret of all of these. Perhaps I can find an oud I can finally wear. 😉 This one does sound quite pretty.

I already have a few & really don’t need more! These have been nicely done but just haven’t tempted me.

or maybe he’ll just do a free sample set of the collection for his facebook followers again?

I know, I know, a girl can dream, right?

Read the notes a couple of days ago and this sounds like the love of my life. I’ve had a saks giftcard I’ve been saving to cover half the cost of this but I realllllly don’t wanna pay the other half so I’m hopin’ I don’t love this….but if I don’t I’ll probably stop breathing : (

This is lovely but very light on me… Montale Amber Oud is about 5x as strong and a lot cheaper. I would wear it if someone bought it for me but won’t be spending $395 or even $175 for a refill on this one.
