Saw the By Kilian solids at Holt Renfrew when I was out with a perfume buddy after a group fragrance meet-up on the weekend. They are really cute! The sillage is very soft, but the amount of oil in them is apparent by how much they “sweat” – seemed like a good value to me, anyways, given the solid packaging. They vary in how close they are to the EdP: Love didn’t translate well at all and smelled cheap to us, A Taste of Heaven was mostly (lovely) top notes, Sweet Redemption had a smidge less bitter notes (darn!), Beyond Love and Liasons Dangereuses were spot-on and I actually like Back to Black BETTER in the solid (softer, creamier).

I bought Prelude to Love yesterday – I think Back to Black could be next! Decent price point fro a quality product.
