I’m struck at how girlie and fun this all looks, compared to many of the perfume commercials that major houses do, where everyone looks in pain, or yearning, or somehow otherwise in a state of tortured beauty. Sometimes a little sparkle is what we need I think!

You’re so right, Jeremy! Even I, who strongly identify with Musette’s Perfume Posse category of “cranky old bat,” own a Kylie Minogue concert DVD – partly out of nostalgia for when/where I happened to hear it, partly for exactly that reason!

The marvels of modern science… I know she is not old (about 43 says wikipedia) but with the lighting and her beautiful smile she looks 23 in some shots! 🙂

Love Kylie so much! My favourite of her songs has always been her duet with Nick Cave, ‘Where the Wild Roses Grow’ because it really shows her vocal talent. She’s so cute and looks amazing here.
I want to sniff this simply because I adore her.
