Cacharel will launch Amor Amor Forbidden Kiss in September. The new perfume for women is flanker to 2003's Amor Amor, and follows recent efforts Amor Amor Delight, Amor Amor Absolu and Amor Amor Summer.
After the magic, innocence and purity of the first few moments, Amor Amor Forbidden Kiss adds a touch of mystery, daring and sensuality. This is a story of forbidden love between a rebellious heroine and a bad boy, for every girl who has ever broken the rules and thrown reason to the wind.
Amor Amor Forbidden Kiss is a gourmand floriental; notes include pink pepper, coffee and vanilla.

I’m not sure how rebellious I find pink pepper and coffee, but I will say I’m not a fan of coffee in perfume anyway.I don’t ,mind smelling a little cake-y occasionally but not like a coffee. Perhaps weird, as I love coffee.
I do have this bit of affection for Cacharel though for the reason that they are probably the only perfume house that bottles anything in opaque bottles (okay Moschino Cheap and Chic is but it seems a rare thing when one would think it the most sensible!). I don’t own a single Cacharel scent, Lou Lou is one of my all time favourite bottles, but I’d only want the bottle.
I don’t own a single Cacharel either, and with they were easier to find in the US.
I’m happy to find you anything you might want, Cacharel is pretty easy here in the UK, and I’m with you on the coffee in men’s scents, that’s actually okay for some reason!

I got a charming mini (still full) of LouLou edp quite cheaply on *bay. So there’s a way to get the bottle without competing against the bottle collectors.
I do like this bottle. I am uncertain about the coffee note, it sounds as if it has the potential to be a sweet, ice-creamy mess. Still, you never know! The only Cacharel scent I ever remotely cared for was Noa and even the there was something…not right… For me at least.
I like coffee in men’s scents and wish they used it in more women’s, but who knows…I’m not a huge fan of Amor Amor.
This sounds all right though I don’t know what the pink pepper will do with the other notes. I own some Cacharel Promesse and love it very much when I want something fun without monster sillage but good lasting power. I have yet to try LuLu, but after years of anticipation for Noa, I finally got a sample and discovered it absolutely doesn’t work on my skin. 🙁 But considering I have some CSP Vanille Mokha I enjoy from time to time, I’d certainly try this as well.
I liked Anais Anais back in the day, but that’s it for me & Cacharel. I never get to try the new ones though.

I wore Noa for a couple of years after it first came out and liked it, though something about it now seems “off” to me – not sure if the scent changed or I did! I’d like to try LouLou, but these amor scents haven’t done much for me. I love coffee, but don’t like to smell like it – it makes me think too much of those times I’ve spilled some on myself en route to work!
