Ben Sherman by Ben Sherman ~ new fragrance

Posted by Robin on 3 August 2011 18 Comments

Ben Sherman eponymous fragrance

UK-based men's casual wear brand Ben Sherman will launch their debut prestige fragrance in September. Ben Sherman by Ben Sherman was inspired by the Brit Art movement, and was made under arrangements with Fragrance & Beauty Creations Limited.

The notes for the woody citrus scent include bergamot, lemon, lime, mint, nutmeg, incense, hay, cedar, amber and coffee.

Ben Sherman by Ben Sherman will be available in 50 and 100 ml Eau de Toilette. (via cosmeticsbusiness, diarydirectory.blogspot)

I do think it’s a great bottle, but I have no idea.

Oh I like it. I’m a bit nutty about things with the pattern of the British flag. I just hope they didn’t sacrifice form over function! Just trying to figure out how to hold that thing makes my carpel tunnel flare up!

hahaha!!! The first question I made myself when I first saw it!!! Beautiful, intriguing and nothing anatomical!!! It seems that the spary is on that little square. 🙂

Does Ben Sherman knows what is ergonomics?

LOL! But it is hard to tell if it’s really a problem without seeing (and holding) it.

wow, THAT is an interesting bottle…

even tho all those citrus fruits and the mint turn me off… i guess it’ll smell VERY generic.

Perhaps the bottle is supposed to be an art piece and the entire idea of being able to spray an afterthought?

Can’t be worse than those damn Pradas. Looks a little pointy but not difficult. I like it!

The bottle makes me think of those 3-D type puzzles where you take the thing apart, and then try to put it back together.

I love Ben Sherman clothing, so I’m hoping their 1st mainstream fragrance is good. Love the bottle and the notes definitely sound interesting. Can’t wait to try this one!
