All of a sudden my heart sings

Posted by Robin on 21 July 2011 16 Comments

Nine D'Urso for the new Bottega Veneta fragrance. If this wasn't enough for you, you can find a longer version (around 3 minutes) here.

My heart might sing but I look totally depressed.

I made the mistake of watching the longer one first. It is too long. The shorter one is an improvement, but not sure they’ve got anything there that deserves more than 20 seconds of watching time.

    So………

If I buy/wear this fragrance, I’ll feel 100 lbs lighter and that I’m nancing about on a beach in airy frocks with a manscaped hottie, but I hardly ever look happy?

This doesn’t really entice me to buy anything other than prescription of Prozac.

::Hee:: Don’t you know that the more beautiful, thin, and privileged one is, the more p****ed off one looks??

She looks like a young winona ryder in some shots…

I don´t know.. she is a bit moody and sulking, yeah, but perhaps because of my italian ancestry and something in my genes hehehe…
I find her very very very beautiful. 🙂

I believe she’s the daughter of Ines de la Fressange, the French former supermodel and now clothing designer. It explains where she got those looks!

Yeah, she’s pretty sulky. All the same, she is really beautiful.

And based on the notes, I’d love to smell this – but I keep wondering, how can it be better than Cuir de Lancome at about 7 times the price?

I’m going to be really surprised if it even competes….just don’t think it will be that leathery.

    Pretty girl. Pretty sky.

Why does everybody look so cranky?

(btw – I was expecting the Shirley Horn version of that beautiful song – you want SLOW? You’d have been there for 10 minutes. Shirley’s bassist once said she loved a slow tempo so much that you could step out and smoke a cigarette between beats!
