Vince Camuto by Vince Camuto

Footwear and lifestyle brand Vince Camuto will launch a debut eponymous fragrance in September. Vince Camuto by Vince Camuto was made under licensing arrangements with Parlux.

Vince Camuto is a floral chypre developed by perfumer Steve DeMercado; notes include rum, osmanthus, rose, leather, night blooming jasmine, vanilla absolute, patchouli, amber and skin musk.

Vince Camuto by Vince Camuto will be available in 30 (but not in the US), 50 and 100 ml Eau de Parfum. (via wwd)

I refuse to buy this perfume just on principle now.

Hmmm… I like the price of 30 ml, though I like how bigger bottles give me more to decant as extras in swaps and for friends.

I’ve never cared much for Camuto products, but the notes in the fragrance sound like it would be very interesting. I especially like how it looks like it is leaps and bounds ahead of other “brand” launches that crank out one fruity floral of the “death by pink/red berries” variety.

I had never heard of him. I take it from my googling this morning that he is the man behind 9 West.

30ml of this would be great. The notes look wonderful, especially if the leather and patch aren’t too squeaky clean. If it’s ever available here, I’ll have to check it out.

I purchased Vince Camuto perfume the first week it arrived and I absolutely can attest it is wonderful. Every woman’s chemistry is different with perfume and this is my chemistry. Give it a try and see if it works for you.
