Tokidori fragrances

Italian brand Tokidoki has launched six new fragrances in rollerball format as part of their beauty collection at Sephora.

Adios (shown above far left) is a crisp citrus with lemon leaves, pink grapefruit, cyclamen, day lilies, orchid, lotus, white musk, peach skin and crystallized woods.

Donutella (second from left) is a creamy gourmand with raspberry, bergamot, muguet, jasmine, sandalwood, vanilla and musk.

Ciao Ciao (second from right) is a sheer floral with water hyacinth, "out of the shower" accord, muguet, day lily, jasmine, musk and sun-drenched woods.

Siberia (far right) is an icy white musk with aldehydes, muguet, night blooming jasmine, orchid, soft woods and white musk.

Sandy (not shown) is a fresh floral with pear blossom, freesia, honeysuckle, gardenia, vanilla and amber musk.

Adieu (not shown) is a fruity fragrance with blackberry, strawberry, orange, tiare, water lotus, vanilla and cashmere woods.

The Tokidoki rollerballs are $18 each for 10 ml Eau de Toilette. (via sephora)

While none of these sound particularly appealing — I might give Siberia a sniff — I love tokidoki packaging. The line is kind of hit or miss. Their lipstain was drying & blotchy, but their glosses & bronzer aren’t bad. For $18 I might buy one of these just for the cuteness factor.

Yeah, admittedly would not expect these to be the pinnacle of quality. But boy, that Donutella head is cute!

Indeed. The packaging gets me every time. I’m very much a Dior, Guerlain, Givenchy kind of girl when it comes to cosmetics in general but one glance at the packaging of tokidoki coupled with the fact that it’s a fraction of the aforementioned brands, I can’t help myself.

Does she have donuts for pigtails? 🙂

    These are too cute!

Any idea if these are available in the UK?

There an awful amount of perfume/doll hybrids out there now – Gwen Stefan, Hello Kitty and so on…
Guess they are cute – and more affordable than the lalique flacons of the past!

Major cuteness alert. Do they remind anyone else of Pez dispensers?

Do you have to bend the heads back to access the rollerballs? 🙂

These will rival Gwen Stefani’s packaging in the cuteness factor.

I just love that the death’s head Grim Reaper is called Adios. I fondle the makeup every time I go to Sephora, this might be the thing that ropes me in at last.
