Marc Ecko Unlimited ~ new fragrance

Posted by Robin on 18 January 2011 6 Comments

Marc Ecko UNLTD fragrance

Marc Ecko has launched Marc Ecko Unlimited (Unltd), the designer's second fragrance:

Unlimited by Marc Ecko was born on the streets and symbolized by graffiti artists worldwide. The crisp, aromatic notes of the fragrance are captured in a signature spray paint can that celebrates Ecko heritage.

It sounds like it's for men, but I wouldn't swear to it. I'll update with notes when I can find them.

Marc Ecko Unlimited is available in 100 ml Eau de Toilette, $55, and can be found now at Macy's. (via macys)

Update: Unlimited is also sold in 50 ml.

I like the bottle anyway! The rest– who knows.

The bottle is intriguing; but what does crisp and aromatic have to do with graffiti artists? In my experience they deliberately cultivate a scruffy look. Also, I think some sniff the stuff to get high, so I can imagine something to do with danger, and rebellion, tar and whatever; but crisp and aromatic?

I don’t think you can expect thematic consistency from mainstream fragrance 🙂
