Six Scents Series Three

The Six Scents Fragrance Initiative has launched Six Scents Series Three. As with the prior two sets, the project teams six designers with six perfumers to create a series of limited edition fragrances. This year, the fragrances are “an exploration into the nature of childhood memories and the influence of adolescence on identity”. Somewhat clouded of late

In an industry famed for its creativity, the olfactory vision of the fragrance market has been somewhat clouded of late. Manufacturers have tended to take a belt and braces attitude to riding out the recession, limiting launch activity and meeting the cautious consumer approach to the downturn with a play it safe attitude.
