Pitti Imagine Fragranze No. 8

Pitti Immagine will present the eighth edition of the Fragranze trade show from Friday to Sunday, 10 to 12 September, at the Stazione Leopolda in Florence, Italy. The event will be open to the public on Saturday, September 11:

...the show-event dedicated to the best the world has to offer in artistic and selective perfumes and to the evolution of the olfactory culture. At the Stazione Leopolda the most exclusive essences, body care and wellbeing products, research for extraordinary cosmetics and perfumed accessories are all on the stage: exceptional craftsmanship, unique items and sophisticated products from renowned international brands. The general admission on Saturday will be €10; hours are 10 to 6. There are over 150 brands participating, Abanha, Annayake, Calè Fragranze d’Autore, Caron, Czech and Speake, Etat Libre d’Orange, Floris, Heeley, Honoré des Prés Paris, Il Profumo, Jacques Zolty, La Maison de la Vanille, L’Artisan Parfumeur, Laura Tonatto, Lorenzo Villoresi, Lubin, Mark Buxton, Memo Paris, Mona Di Orio, Montale, Nez a Nez, Nobile 1942, and Vero Profumo. I *think* Andy Tauer mentioned that Une Rose Vermeille will be available at this show, and also URC in its new 30ml bottle.

Alas, it is not a reason, but funding I lack. 🙁 What fun that would be!

I long to be in Florence once again. I’ve been there at least 5 times but the last time was in 2004. And to be there for the Fragranze Trade Show would be such a bonus. I do not have “funding” to even purchase a couple of full bottles of perfume, let alone a trip to Florence, which is expensive in itself. Maybe in my next life!

You beat me…I was there once, in the 90s. Loved it!

I meant to add that yes, I believe Andy Tauer will be there for this trade show and his Un Rose Vermeille will be making its debut.
