Actress Jennifer Aniston will be at Harrod's in London on Wednesday, 21 July to launch her debut perfume, Lolavie:
Jennifer Aniston's Debut Fragrance will be sold exclusively in Harrods from Weds 21st July
Jennifer will personally be signing bottles for customers in Harrods Georgian Restaurant [on the 4th floor] from 1-2pm on Weds 21st July.
Purchase is necessary, queues open from 10am on the day.
The prices range from £23 for the 30 ml to £36 for the 85 ml. (via press release)
I hate it when stars from the U.S release fragrances everywhere BUT the U.S!!!!!
It is most annoying! But assume it is much cheaper to launch in the UK, and a good “test run”. Or perhaps they have some other reason I don’t know about…

I used to like her. Especially after her split up with Brad. I felt bad for her.
But she grates on my nerves now.
And I think there’s a big dollop of jealousy on my part as well. I mean, look at her! I know she works hard at that body, barely eats and exercises nonstop, but still, she is Hot.
One of my family members ended up meeting her over the course of a weekend event they both attended. She (my fam member) thought Jen would be ‘girl next door’ nice and fun but she turned out to be a snotty b*tch.
Nevertheless, back to the fragrance, I’m totally unenthused, but then again, I can’t think of a celebrity fragrance I’ve ever cared about… (well, I guess SJP, because she seems into it)
I don’t much care about her either way, but hey, that is one nice looking body. I need to lay off the chocolate for a few weeks 😉

Last I heard, they had not yet established any US launch date at all.

Catherine Deneuve once said that “as a woman gets older she has to choose between her face and her bottom”.
That hard body is most of Jennifer’s allure and the charm is wearing a bit thin for me . . .
I can’t believe Catherine Deneuve is cribbing from Zsa Zsa Gabor (who I heard say nearly that exact thing on a talk show 15-20 years ago).
I don’t know who stole it from whom, but I heard that as a Deneuve quote at least twenty years ago–the exact quote was “After the age of forty, every woman has to choose between her face and her ass.” Luckily, Deneuve chose her face; it’s still beautiful, however thick she may have gotten around the middle.
I’m sure the ad is intended to be sexy, but Ms. Aniston’s expression is saying “Get me a shirt, I’m freezing my arse off!”
Her arse is covered, fortunately. It’s the rest of her that’s freezing. No wonder she’s got her arms clenched around her nips.
All I can think when I see this photo is “poor thing” – and I’m not an JA fan. She looks cold, hungry, and abandoned. Sad, really. I don’t feel sorry for her (she’s taking it all the way to bank), but she is sort of a sad sight.
Maybe it’s mean for me to say this, but I think JA trades heavily on the “poor pitiful me” routine. It’s effective, and she works it for all it’s worth. If “LOL a vie” suggests she’s “laughing out loud @ life”, she’s doing it all the way to the bank. But don’t forget…. it’s with tears in her eyes. 😛
I don’t know how sad, cold, hungry or abandoned she is — but I need a stomach like that. And a back like that. And probably everything else.
I recently saw her newest movie (the one with whatshisname who I thought was handsome until he opened his mouth to speak) and was not impressed. I like her somewhat but I don’t think she has any depth as an actress whatsoever, though she does have a strong, wonderful bod. I can already imagine what the fragrance will be like, something musky, warm and unsophisticated, which has its appeal but not really so much at my age (turning 45 this month, gads!). Like something I used to wear, or something I definitely have smelled before. so I’m already not interested.
Well, it’s here – Harrods has just sent me an email to announce its arrival. I think you will all be interested to know that it has a new name! It is called The Debut Fragrance Jennifer Aniston! Wonder what happened to Lolavie? Or perhaps this is its UK title?…. very interesting.
