    🙁

I don't really like any of the men scent finalists.

    Is that all there is…?

That's it for fragrance! All the other awards are for other beauty categories.

Zen?! Last year or so, I purchased a vintage bottle of Zen for my mom from e-bay. I read @ a couple of sources that the new Zen was just a pale version of it's old self. I never got around to sniffing it – now I will. I have to look and see if you have a review here. I like to see Sensuous nominated – I think it's such a pretty, easy to wear scent that still manages to be interesting.

I don't know which Zen you bought your Mom (there were actually 2 prior versions, one in a black bottle & one in a white bottle) but this isn't a pale version of either — it's entirely unrelated. They're still making both of the earlier scents, so no loss!

Oh – the one I purchased was in the black bottle – supposedly the 'original' formula [and it was as I remembered it from circa 1970]. Anyway – I am curious about this current nominated fragrance – I'll be sure to give it a sniff.

Yep, that's Zen #1. We're now on Zen #3. Apparently Shiseido REALLY likes the name.

haha Well, Zen is an awesome name, but it seems kinda redundant to use it for three different fragrances – I'm just sayin.

I can kind of see reusing the name once you'd discontinued the earlier scents, but having 3 Zens in production is silly. Plus, most people call Zen #2 “Zen White” to distinguish it from the others, and now they've gone and released a flanker to Zen #3 called “Zen White” — so talk about confusing.
