Teo Cabanel Meloe fragranceTéo Cabanel has launched Méloé, a green, fruity Eau Légère meant for year-round use. It is being marketed to women, but the company points out that men can use it as well.

More limited edition collector fragrance bottles, with the usual disclaimers: in most of these cases, the juice is unchanged, just the bottle is “special” (or not, as the case may be), and some of these may not be available in the US.

Strange Invisible Perfumes Musc Botanique perfume

Musc Botanique is the latest launch from the all-natural Strange Invisible Perfumes line. As I’ve said here before, I don’t really care if my fragrances are all-natural or not, but I’m a big fan of Strange Invisible Perfumes; perfumer Alexandra Balahoutis, who founded the brand, has created some really unusual and compelling fragrances. With Musc Botanique, she “wanted to do something clean that also had that subtle animalistic quality”; the result is a unisex scent that includes notes of geranium, white amber, angelica and frankincense…

Yardley Peony ~ new perfume

Yardley Peony fragranceYardley has launched Peony, a new fragrance for women inspired by the winning entry of a contest held in collaboration with Good Housekeeping magazine. Entrants were asked to design a new scent for the company; contestant Ann Bell suggested a fragrance “inspired by the peony gardens at Penshurst Place where she works as a garden guide”.
