Bunch o’ limited edition collector bottles 2008, part 6

Posted by Robin on 27 August 2008 20 Comments

More limited edition collector fragrance bottles, with the usual disclaimers: in most of these cases, the juice is unchanged, just the bottle is "special" (or not, as the case may be), and some of these may not be available in the US.

Coming in October from Agent Provocateur, their eponymous perfume in the "Agent Provocateur DD" limited edition (above left); the DD stands for "diamond dust". Yep, it's got diamond particles right there in the juice, so as to add a little shine, and there's a shiny metallic finish on the bottle. (via deurocos.ch)

From Fendi, the new-ish Palazzo in a "Shine" edition (above right). I've got no idea what this is (here's the description: "Fresh and luminous with a sparkle of vitality and light, Fendi Palazzo Shine embodies the sensuality and femininity of the Fendi woman.") and I'm not even sure it's limited edition, but it sounds like one so here it is. At Neiman Marcus.

From Hugo Boss, Boss Signature in a limited edition collector bottle to celebrate the fragrance's 10th anniversary (above left). In 50 and 100 ml, look for it to launch in September. (via aufeminin)

From Tous, limited edition bottles of their Tous Eau de Parfum and Tous Eau de Toilette fragrances (above right). The Eau de Parfum, in gold, is "designed to evoke the sun on the beach"; the Eau de Toilette, in silver, "aims to evoke the moon and stars shining on summer nights". (via moodiereport)

Coming from Lolita Lempicka in October, a purse spray with 20 ml L Eau de Parfum. There's also a 20 ml with leaf filligree for the original Lolita Lempicka fragrance. (via bellemania.de)

Oh, I would like this cute petite L. A bigger bottle of L is too much for me, but this 20 ml would do just fine.

In looking at the woman on the poster for that Agent Provocateur ad, I would have thought the DD meant something else LOL

Same reaction, here. I think I'll hold out for an eventual “AA” limited edition, which is sure to be more my style. 😉

That's too funny! I don't know if I would sprinkle diamond dust on myself either……

Want the Lolita Lempicka 20ml spray (like, anyway, because 20mls is just PERFECT) but the bottle with the gold coloured ivy round it? Sighing happily.

    “Amazing Amethyst”

I'm not sure the ad image would be quite as, ehm, striking, though.

I am a heterosexual woman ok, but with the picture from agent provocateur all I could see were the overexposed breasts:)) Are You sure the DD doesn't stand for the bra size or at least that's not they way they try to get Your attention?

They're a lingerie company, so I'm quite sure it is meant to have a double meaning, yes!
