In case anyone missed the news yesterday, Ebay has apparently forbidden the sale of decanted fragrances.
Patty over at Perfume Posse has started a resource page for fragrance decants. Buyers can find out who is selling independently; sellers can email Patty to be listed on the page. A quick check of Ebay this morning, by the way, turned up plenty of decant listings, but far fewer than usual.
