Can I just say how much I adore Penhaligon's? I love that they are one of the few truly “old-school” perfumers out there…they have never made any attempt to modernize their image, or their gorgeous packaging, or commercialize themselves in any way. Their store on Madison Avenue is to die for…I used to work down the street from them, and spending time in their shop was a little bit of heaven on earth. These mini sets are just beautiful – it's been awhile since I've bought anything from Penhaligon's, but I may have to indulge now!

These are the cutest little bottles ever, honestly! And very reasonably priced.

I've been lusting after the women's set, just to get my hands on Lily & Spice….
There is also a Penhaligon's 'scent library' of ten vials, men's and women's combined, for twenty dollars. Aedes does not carry it, but other retailers do. You don't get L&S, Ellensia or Opus 1870, but you do get the other scents in these two sets plus Lavandula, Lilly of the Valley, Bluebell, English Fern and the ladies-please-discover-this-for-your-own-wearing-pleasure Hammam Bouquet. Packaging is not as pretty, but is still respectable in a flat metal case. A generous stocking stuffer, or a great way to introduce yourself to these scents if you don't otherwise have access to them.

Yep, I've owned that library, and have posted about it too. It's a great deal, and fourseasonsproducts usually has it.
