I like a fair few Jo Malones but round here (the City, UK) they're ubiquitous so I don't wear any of them. This one does sound worth a sniff though I'm intrigued by “heirloom jasmine” and JM musk”. Might these be synthetics made especially for her? And when I say synthetics I'm not meaning anything negative by that! We wouldn't have half the wonderful perfumes in the world without synthetics!

The musk is presumably synthetic. Cosmeticsint.co.uk says “Jo Malone heirloom jasmine, sourced from local jasmine farms in the South of France” — I'd say, in both cases the “Jo Malone” part of the accord name is basically meaningless.
