Institut Tres Bien Tres Russe, Annayake Matsuri ~ new fragrances
To celebrate the 100th anniversary of Cologne A La Russe, Institut Très Bien will launch a new parfum version, Très Russe, in November.
Très Russe was created by perfumer Pierre Bourdon, and is described as having deeper almond and oriental notes. Notes include bergamot, limette, almond, vanilla, musk, iris, orange blossom, lavender…
Notes on New York and Perfume
Last week I spent a few days in New York City on the way to a friend’s wedding. (By the way, this was the friend for whom I asked your help choosing a wedding fragrance. She ended up wearing Chergui.) What follows is grab bag of mostly perfume-related information I picked up:
