Coming soon from Carolina Herrara

Posted by Robin on 16 March 2005 Leave a Comment

A new set of fragrances from Carolina Herrara's 212 On Ice is being launched in duty free this month.

The women’s version is described as a fresh, floral, fruity juice. It opens on notes of bergamot and grapefruit, leading to a heart of jasmine, rose and peony on a base of musk and sandalwood.

The men’s version — a sensual, woody transparent — is characterised by notes of mint and sandalwood. Other key ingredients include ginger, nutmeg and incense.

The men's version actually sounds more appealing to me, has anyone tried any of the CH men's fragrances? (via the Moodie Report)

Acca Kappa Calycanthus fragrance

Acca Kappa is an Italian line that was established in 1869. I believe they are best known for their brushes and other grooming products. In 1999 they opened their first US store in the Venetian hotel in Las Vegas. Elvis Presley's granddaughter, Riley Keough, has been chosen as the face of Christian Dior's new fragrance. Which fragrance is that? I don't know — they don't bother to say. (via femalefirst link expired, but it turned out to be Miss Dior Cherie)

French football star Zinedine Zidane has signed a contract with Coty to produce his own fragrance…

Another one bites the dust…

Molinard confirms that they are discontinuing Vanille Réglisse.

And I am curious to hear if anyone has specific information about the Gobin Daudé line, which seems to be slowly disappearing from the retailers. Browns still has the line, but it is no longer at Takashimaya, and lusciouscargo only has a few of the scents left.
