And yet another celebrity perfume deal…

Carlos Santana has signed with Victory International to produce men's and women's fragrance lines. (via Women's Wear Daily)

    Not THE Carlos Santana? (Gasp! Shakes head in wonderment.) I guess it just goes to show that even the best of us have their price. I'll refrain from saying too much more, but I am quite horrified…

    I know that Carlos Santana has a line of shoes. With all the smells that hail from his native Mexico I'm interested on which notes he'll choose!

    Oops, I just posted that above before I saw your comment. I have only seen a few of the shoes. I wonder how well he does on those? I can't imagine buying shoes just because they had his name on them.

    As a child of the '60's – Santana was the first concert I ever went to at age 13 (and I'm pushing the big 5-0 now!), if any group even lent a SONG to a product, we'd consider them “selling out” (and I still do!!) What, pray tell, does this man know about scent?!?!?!
